Jazz as a metaphore for organizing has been extendedly promoted by Weick and Hatch. However alternative views on jazz and organization are possible, refereing back to the materualty of jazz performance that has been totally overlooked by the previous authors. TYwo viexs are emphasized. First Stiegler then Deleuze, with two antagonist approaches on materiaity, affect and communauty. Two reflections trying to counter the risk of junkspace.
