This chapter discusses the role of spirituality in the development of intrinsic motivation and commitment in the workplace. It shows how Love is the underlying link between motivation, commitment, and spirituality. This chapter examines how servant leaders, whose role model is Christ, live out their spiritual commitment to Love in the workplace and how this affects their behavior, with positive consequences for the organization. It offers practical recommendations to support these servant leaders, given their essential characteristics.
